Carol sent a message to Ross McEwan CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland Email Address that said:
On December 2015 an uninsured driver drove into the back of my car and wrote it off V83 GJH. I was insured with Zurich who checked the database and apparently the Royal Bank of Scotland input my car's details in error which has caused me so many problems, also I was unable to have repaid to me the full amount for my car as it was classed as a right off. I wrote to Royal Bank of Scotland and eventually received a reply from Elaine Cleworth, 'Complaint Specialist' asking me to ring her if I had any problems which I did on 23rd February 2016. She sounded incredibly bored but assured me she would sort this out immediately so I could receive compensation. Today I have received a letter from Leeds Branch saying 'thank you for letting us know your change of address' this I do not feel this is a satisfactory reply to my complaint. I telephoned today and spoke to Susan who phoned Elaine who said this should have been sorted. This I think is a legitimate complaint and I really do not wish to be treated with such a dismissive attitude through The Royal Bank of Scotland and I am very angry at the whole situation. I would be grateful if this situation could PLEASE be resolved quickly.
