Good Morning, I have spoken with 3 dish agents trying to get an address to return Dish equipment as I have cancelled my service. After reading numerous complaints online about Dish charging prior customers equipment fees, even when they had a tracking number, I am not comfortable to participate in this apparent scam. I could read complaints for the rest of my natural life and still have not read them all. I would like to appeal to someone who can give another alternative to return this equipment. I understand I may have to make a long drive. As someone who works in customer service, not providing more than 1 method of returning equipment is deplorable customer service and shouts scam. I have spoken with agent #TYK- Chris, agent#K04, Agent#ERU-Shawn and left a voice mail for Stephen Carter. I am sending this to you hoping you can make a prior customer happy. I may want to reestablish my Dish service in the future and would like to have had a great experience instead of this huge run around. Thank you
