Hello Mr Rutledge, My name is Tina and me and my husband have just recently relocated to Traverse City Michigan. I have am very unhappy with the service I am getting at the Traverse city Location. We have just built a house in a new subdivision and wanted to see about getting Charter. I talked to all the neighbors and they informed me there is no service and they have been fighting with Charter for two years to get service ran to this up and coming area. I went in to your service location and the gentleman said 4 months ago they would sent someone out there and get back with me. I did not hear for anyone and went back into the service location and was told that they have not heard anything and that they would get ahold of the gentleman and have them go out. Three weeks later nothing went back into the office and they said we don't service that area. I told him I know that, I want to know what steps I need to do to get the ball rolling to have service ran out our way. He basically blew me off. I never knew of a company that did not want to grow their business. Here is my phone number I would love to talk to someone that could direct me in the right direction.
