Mr. Folliard,
I am writing to ask you focus your attention on your operation in Davie, Florida. For more than a year now, your big rig carriers have taken over 71st Street / the east side of your property, creating damaged sidewalks, trash, parking on the right of way and violating the no parking signs on the street.
Now, your carriers are emboldened to take over the south lane and turn lane of State Road 84. I own a business adjacent to the same street: this is an embarrasment to us and the Town of Davie. Most importantly, you are creating a daily public safety hazard by allowing only one lane open when these trucks are parked in a No Parking zone.
Tell me, why don't you instruct your managers to use only your property instead of creating a nuisance and safety hazard for the rest of us?
I am copying Mr. Richard Lemack, Town Administrator, so that he too can be informed and hopefully take code enforcement action on your company and carriers.
