Nazir sent a message to Dan Schulman President and CEO of PayPal Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Schulman,
On March 6, 2016 I logged in to my account and tried to verify my account and I called your call center and I was told that we will send a small amount to your bank account and you can enter that amount and proceed to verify your account, today is march 8, 2016 and I have not seen any amount sent by PAYPAL.
I called the call center again today and I was given the same story and told to wait 2 to 3 days and check your bank statement and see if that amount is there. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor by the name of Ramnil came on line after a lengthy discussion I was told by him to dig up the verification amount that we sent you in 2013, I told him I do not have access to 2013 records, and he said go to the bank and request the bank to provide you with that information or wait for 3 to 5 days. I asked Ramnil if I could speak to his manager and I was told by him that, he is the final authority and there is no one else except him.
Because of his failure to resolve this matter or let me speak to his superior or some one with authority, I am writing you to resolve this matter as soon as possible and consider the following:
1. Why is so difficult to speak to a manager, instead of being told by Ramnil that there is no else except him.
2. Why should customer have to wait 3 to 5 days for verification of an account, shouldn't there be a simpler solution.
3. Why should a customer be told to dig up record from 2013 or go to the bank for this information.
4. Why should I have to go through these obstacles.
5. If a customer like myself want his money, why shouldn't I get the same day that I ask for it
Thanking you,
Yours truly,
Nazir
