I emailed Monday regarding my car registration being inputted into your system in error which has caused me so many problems. I received a telephone call from Stuart Randell who assured me I would receive a telephone call within 48 hours to bring closure to this situation. Once again, like Elaine Cleworth, this matter appears to have been completely dismissed. The Royal Bank of Scotland were underwriters for Direct Line and I am entitled to an explanation and compensation.
