I am writing you this morning with an issue that weighs heavy on my heart. I know you are a very busy man so I will keep this as brief as possible. I live in the San Francisco bay area. The number of homeless and marginalized women in this area has grown, and continues to grow, at an alarming rate. I cannot imagine what it must be like for these women every month when they are in need of feminine products with no financial means to afford them. That is why I am reaching out to you. What I am trying to do under the umbrella of a local non profit, is to collect tax exempt donations from corporations such as Kimberly-Clark to make these products available. All it takes is a compassionate heart, a little work from me, and a few business men and women such as yourself to say yes, and the lives of many will be changed.
