Mary Anne sent a message to Edward Lampert Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Email Address that said:
I doubt you, Eddie Lampert, will ever see this email or even care. We have been sorely mistreated by Sears customer service and warranty department. I will now go out of my way to discourage not only my friends and family from purchasing Sears large appliances but I will go out of my way to discourage strangers whom I see looking at Sears appliances when I walk through one of your stores on my way to the main mall. And this is all over less than $400. If you, or anyone who might care about your Sears customers, want to discuss this further, I don't have your money or "status," but I count and hope to hear from you.
