Hello. I hate to tell you this, but, your customer service is awful. 4 times today I called customer service and waited on the line, say, 50 minutes. My remote does not work. If you please, would you send a tech with a new remote to where I live. You are strong and powerful and can make it happen. Now for the good news...great movies and good shows.
