Abhor sent a message to Mark Fields President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
Hi Sir,
I am from India and feel cheated by Ford India.
I bought a card for which prices got slashed by $100,000(1,20,000 in Rupees) in 2 months.
I feel cheated and need compensation
Tried to contact India head - Mr. Nigel Harris, but failed as his official - email address - is bouncing back.
Please help.
