I currently have an xbox 360 and have been looking to upgrade to a next – Andrew House email address

Kyle sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:

I currently have an xbox 360 and have been looking to upgrade to a next gen console. The obvious choice for me would be the Xbox One. Yet, I remember when I had a PSOne and PS2, and I LOVED them both. I am willing to make the switch back and get the PS4, but am hesitate as of now.

I have several games on my Xbox 360 hard drive that I will completely lose. I know if I just get the Xbox One, I can still play most of those games still. Yet, I am intrigued by getting the PS4, mostly because several people I know well have a PS4.

I really want to go back to the Sony platform of consoles, but the games I have on my hard drive is the only thing preventing me. If I had all disk games, I would do it without a problem and sell them to go toward the PS4, but I cant do anything like that with the digital ones.

So I said all that to ask this: Is there ANYTHING that Sony could do to help me out with this? (Obviously, I cant get those games because they are on a completely different platform/console) BUT, is there a way I could maybe get a voucher to go toward the purchase of a PS4? It may sound like a crazy request, but If I can get a voucher (which would be money Sony would lose in regards to a purchase of a PS4) but I would pay the balance and not get the Xbox One. Also, I would be buying accessories, other games, and Playstation Network Subscription, which is more money for Sony....and NOT Microsoft.

If the answer is: "Nothing can be done", I understand and I will just take my money to Microsoft and get the Xbox One. But, My father taught me that "It never hurts to ask".

My Phone is shotty at best with reception...please email back with any questions you may have.
