We love Ryanair and have flown hundreds of thousands of miles on various routes. When other flyers have complaints we have always defended the airline as providing an excellent service. BUT what has happened to your website, numerous problems booking and checking in. This wouldn't be a major problem if your not very helpful contact centre staff suggested that you try the old legacy site first, rather than implying that flyers were either incompetent or had a failing computer. I think you may have a PR disaster on your hands unless you can either reassess the website or redirect users to the legacy site if they are having problems.
