Dear Mr O'Leary, I am flying to Ireland on 4th April to Westport with a pilgrimage of 24 people I have done a block booking for 20 at the minute the others are under their own steam with Ryanair though. I am hitting a total brick wall despite booking seats costing somewhere in the region of 240 quid. I am desperate to know why the boarding passes won't print off as it says i can do it 30 days beforehand. I have been given the run around, left hanging on a dead phone, cut off from live chat etc etc. I know complaints are a pain but please I need someone with clout to help me. Thanks. Aine.
