My names Christopher and I reside in Pensacola Fl. I have been a big customer of lowes for years.about three years ago I purchase some flooring and it's now buckling on me and it has a 15 year warranty .I have been trying to handle this since November of last year . NO ONE WILL LISTEN TO ME I keep getting shuffled I purchased this from lowes and have even been told to even deal with the manufacturer . I didn't buy this from the manufacturer I bought it from lowes . This problem with this product is so comman they have a video on how to fix it ?I am disabled and on a limited income .I paid over $4000.00 on this flooring .please I'm being shuffled from person to person and I feel this is a form of discrimination and that as a disabled person that yell can take advantage of me please call me.
