I am looking for help for my 84 year old father that keeps getting the run around from Sirius. If you can help, please respond or call.
I, myself, spent two hours on the phone with Sirius trying to solve this problem two weeks ago. My Dad called me this morning and his radio doesnt work. It only worked for two days. Got on the phone this morning with Sirius for thirty minutes, transferred around, and then disconnected. As I am on a land line, it wasn't me. Please help!
