I know I'm probably emailing the wrong person, but I hope you get the right ones to listen. I have a bill of $181 due tomorrow (its on extension) I understand I'm not eligible for more time to pay but husband works in oilfield and his little company has cut back big time. We are just thankful he has a job even. But I can't pay the entire 181. I asked for a few extra days bciz next Wednesday my mother gets paid and can put in for it. I was denied bcuz they say I have exhausted extension s I ha e no clue what that even is about. So I even offered to take the last 90(which is half) and pay it then do rest next week. It means it cuts me out of groceries but I don't want my young kids without power my five year old catches bronchitis easily and hyperventilates when upset. Again no one is answering me time is running out and I need the help desperately. Can you send this to a supervisor or the ceobor anyone who will understand this is beyond my control and I just need help. I really do. Thanks.
