Mr Lampert, I Had recently sent you this email regarding my experience with the dryer i purchased from Sears in 7/2012. Jaime White was assigned to my case and nothing has come of matter. I am aware that my product is out of warranty and when i had the issue back on 2012 the store and executive customer service didnt care if i would stay a customer and refused to allow me to return my dryer in guarantee time. Your company doesnt have to help me but i dont have to buy from you and i havent since 2012 . Your store are in finaicial trouble and dont resort back to times of old when the consumer mattered more than profit. Well i guess if i get no resolution i will continue to shop else were thank you for your time and looking forward to a positive resolution
