Hi Mr.Carmichael. My name is Amanda Whitfield and I was really hoping that you could help me. I have been a loyal customer of fifth third for about 8 years since I was 16. I absolutely love fifth third but I recently ran into a big problem, I went to the bank in Kalamazoo Mi at the Millwood location and withdrew money out my account that the teller said was available on Monday March 14th 2016 on Tuesday I got a overdraft notice. Called the call center they say they couldn't help to call the bank. I called the bank he told me to call the dispute number they say they cant handle my dispute. Called the bank Manager mike several times havent spoke to him. Now my account is in the negative and they will be taking my check that will be deposited on Friday and they keep sending me in circle. I need your help please. ... Im a single mother and I need to pay bills this week I shouldnt have to suffer for the banks mistake.
