Ron sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone that said:
Hello vittorio, I have been with Vodafone for about 15 years and I'm sorry to say that for the first time I am not happy with the service I am getting from you. I was wrongly over charged about 6 months ago. It took about 4 or 5 calls to explain this before they realized I was correct, and was told it would be passed on to the billing team. I have never been called back by anyone from Vodafone. So I was forced to cancel my direct debit hoping that this would be escalated but I still didn't get a call. I have made 3 or 4 calls since which I think have taken 5 hours of my time. I have asked for compensation for my wasted time but don't seem to be anywhere. I have 5 contracts with you and nobody seems worried that I've cancelled my payment. Not one phone call. Only a txt to my 90 year old mother saying she might get cut off. This made me quit angry for obvious reasons. Now this has been brought to your attention maybe we can get this resolved. thankyou for your time for reading this. Yours mr Ron
