Hello all!
This is Abigail who live in Maryland.
I bought a Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy in Columbia, MD location on President day!
However I still can not use the right one because of defective.
The First, Best buy delivery team had missing part, so send it back to warehouse.
Second one is defective one so I needed to exchange.(fan part)
Third one is defective again.
Fourth time, they even not come... No call No nothing...
Fifths one also defectived.
So I went to Best Buy and the manager, Mr. Steve upgrade my refrigerator to a next level.
And I had a sixth delivery on March 10th.
However!!!!
The freezer was not working for three days and Best buy had to pay for my melting foods.
And Guess what??
Best buy send the defective one again on the seventh times!!!!
And now I am waiting for the Eighth delivery.
Tomorrow is the day!
I still feel very bad and so frustrated...
The manager, Mr Steve said that the eight delivery is the last delivery and he will give a gift card after everything is straight... (I don't know how much he will give thought... Would it cover my emotions and hardness anyway??? I had to pack my foods eight times and I had to visit Best buy five times with my little ones....)
Anyway.... I hope to have a right! working! Refrigerator tomorrow!!!!!
