Good morning:

I hope that your day is going well unfortunately i have many complaints concerning sprint. I been with sprint for years and the way some of the customer service treated me was unreal. I'm a single mother with 2 in college. I hit a rough patch last year so i struggle with paying my bills i called talk to representative to try to make arrangements concerning my bill they took my money then said my contract is due to be canceled so i asked them if we can work something out they got nasty with me said no its automated in the system and just was rude i couldn't believe how i was being treated all i wanted was to make payments to catch my bill up. Recently I called the debt collector and tried to make arrangements so it wouldn't go on my credit on 03/19/2016 which is Saturday they wasnt trying to be fair some of them was nasty to me so i hung up. I talk to the supervisor he was unreasonable i tried to settled with him. I've been without a phone for me and boys since January. I don't know if you have kids but me being a single parent i worry about them and not having away to contact them because people are nasty and hateful because i got behind on my bill isn't right we are all human and things happen sometimes out of our control so you do your best until things get better. I'm very disappoint with sprint.
