Dear Mr. Steiner,
I understand you are on the Board of Directors at FedEx. Let me tell you that FedEx has dropped the ball at the Elmsford, NY facility. I had 5 packages picked up from my home in New Rochelle, NY. 3 of the 5 were delivered back to me. But according to FedEx's system, they are all en-route to their location. I'm presently looking for the other 2 packages which they say is in transit. Someone didn't affix the labels correctly. This was for a major event this weekend, and now it's finished. I'm not getting anyway with tracking. If I were on the Board of Directors I would certainly want to know. I now have to re-send the cartons again. I will in no way pay for this service. One of the packages cannot be replaced. It was 41 years of history in it. Hopefully I will get an answer from you.
