Kimberley sent a message to David P. Steiner President and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. Email Address that said:
Mr. Steiner, please contact an upper manager at the Merrillville Indiana Waste Mgmt location and have my tote emptied. This is regarding a miss pickup by the driver at my residence on Monday, 3/14/16. (7491 Madison St. Merrillville, IN)My garbage tote was left at the end of my driveway the night before (3/13/16). I left home at 6am on 3/14/16 and returned at 6 pm to find my garbage still in the tote. I emailed your customer service on 3/14/16, no one contacted me. I called Tuesday, 3/15/16 at 9:05 am and asked to speak with a supervisor. A Ms. Jordan came on the line and assured me my tote would be picked up she made notes on my account and would call me back on my cell number I left with a pick up date. On 3/16/16, a Brian Wade from Waste Management called and left a message on my home phone telling me that he can have my tote emptied on Thursday, 3/17/16 but I have to call him back if I still wanted the service. I called his number on 3/17/16 at 6:30 pm and left a message and said yes, please have the tote picked-up on Thursday. I left my cell number, I didn't receive a call back on 3/17/16. So I called Brian again, from work on 3/17/16 at 9:15 am to confirm my tote would be picked up. It's 3/17/16 at 6 pm, he still has not called me back and my TOTE is till FULL! I have a baby, so lots of pampers build up, which is why I need the tote empty. my cell number should be on file, I gave it to Ms. Jordan and left it on Mr. Wades voice mail three times. I need my tote emptied on Friday, 3/18/16. This is so UNACCEPTABLE and Inconvenient for me. I have to continue to take time away from my baby to try and get my service on track.
Thank you!! Kim
