My name is sara and I will be 32 weeks pregnant when I am due to fly with yourselves on the 29th may 2016. I have contacted the number available on the Internet and we're told they were unable to help because a refund department do not exist. I rang a UK number and was put through to a foreign country. I spoke to a lady called victory and I am not happy with the service I was provided. All I want is my money back from the flight please. I think it is shocking how I was treated by your staff and no one can help me. I have flown with Ryan air before but I will not be doing so again if this is how your customers get treated. I would be very grateful if someone who.knows what they are doing regarding a refund could call me back please. Thank you Sara
