I am from Kerala in India have been using one of your front end loaded fully automatic washing machine . Recently it developed some problems had to use your CEO desk to get the mechanic to attend (AFTER FAILING TO GET ONE THROUGH THOUGH HELP DESK). every time a unqualified mechanic come and look at the problem suggest some remedies which don't work, recently I had to replace a sensor for which I had to spend Rs1000/ but the problem still persist. Something is wrong with your service dept in Kerala they are not professionally managed. Request you to depute a trained mechanic to solve my issue. I am writing this because I am having high esteem about your products I still want to continue to use a Samsung product. But now I am frustrated. so pls. help
