Dear Mr. Lillie,
I own a Food Saver V22244 that has been defective since the day I opened the box. I have fought with it to get it to vacuum for several months and it has gotten only worse. I have contacted your Customer Service Dept. twice by phone and four times by e-mail. I find them to be much less than helpful. Please either send me an RMA so the machine can be sent in for repai, postage free, or replace it.
