Hi, I want to especially commend you for the 2 wonderful employees, Giselle and Lois, at your Costco Hearing Center in Commack, NY. I had bought my hearing aids from Costco, Commack for years now. But I'd moved out of the area a year ago and when I wanted to purchase my new hearing aids, I knew I only wanted to get them from there.
There were many road-blocks to my ordering them long distance and in time for my visit to the Commack area this week. Giselle went out of her way to walk me through each step, to overcome each roadblock and to pro-actively support me through each step. She made it happen!
My appointment was yesterday and I am so happy with Bernafon hearing aids. I'd never met the audiologist, Lois, before. But she's awesome too! So knowledgable and compassionate - she totally made sure that I was completely happy with my hearing aids before I walked out of there.
I want to make sure that you're aware of the 2 warm, bright, caring and exceptional ladies you have working there.
I can't say enough how grateful I am to them.
