Please share this mail to all of your above stated groups, and kindly review all of my correspondences since March 16, 2016 when I received and accepted the offer for an Apparel Associate from Kohl's.
With a strong hope to receive an assistance and help from the Kohl's manager, in order to submit the Background Consent form, I visited the Kohl's of Levittown, NY this morning.
Shockingly, I was responded by the manager on duty that since the form has not been submitted, I need to reapply.
With a readiness to submit the form, I visited Kohl's within 24 hours as per your requirement. Eventhough, all I receive is the above response. I got disappointed.
Can you please respond with a positive response ?
