Dear Carol Meyrowitz
I am Shahin , I recently moved to the United States from Belgium.
On the date of 20 March, 2016 at 7:404 pm , I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your store (Tj maxx , Aliso Viejo branch). On the said date, I made the purchase for my dog (A travel crate ) , and headed towards the cash counter to pay for them. The person standing at the counter, who was wearing the name tag of Sara, was asking me if I want to have some benefits like coupons , discount and, I said that'€™s OK. she started to ask me some information like full name ,address and€¦,. After she asked me for my social security number and put it on the system I told her why would you need that are you opening a credit for me? I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD. she started to say OK no problem sorry I am going to cancel it and she gave me a piece of paper to sign for cancellation . after I went out to the car, my wife asked me why it takes so long and I explain her about what happened , she got really angry because you cashier apply for a credit Card for me without MY PERMISSION AND TELLING ME EVEN A WORD ABOUT CREDIT CARD , we directly went to the manager and explain about what happened, she felt really sorry about this matter.
Today I called to my bank and talk to a counselor, unfortunately I found out because my apply for tr credit card denied it has a negative consequences for my credit .I recently move to the California and I don'€™t know very well how the credit system work yet and your cashier took advantage of this matter which led to damage my credit, therefore tomorrow I am going to the lawyer for consolation to see how I can compensate the damage of my credit and disrespect full and unprofessional act of your staff.

Sincerely,
Shahin
