Teddy sent a message to Richard Fairbank Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO, Capital One Financial that said:
Good morning,
On March 21, 2016, someone attempted to use my Capital One Debit Card and failed to complete the transaction at a Radison Hotel.
On that same day, my Debit Card was cancelled and a new Debit Card was mailed to an alternate address in Miami Fla. without my knowledge. This is SECURITY RED FLAG 101!
On March 20, 2016, my debit card was denied at Lowes in Frederick Md. I called Capital One and received the bad news. I hope this was not authorized by a branch manager.
I would like to know outcome of the investigation if you have one.
