Anthony Ainsworth I would like to make a official complaint in regards – Michael OLeary email address

Anthony sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair €“ Email Address that said:

I would like to make a official complaint in regards to flight number

My name is Anthony. We had a flight payed for and booked from Tenerife south to Liverpool on the date mentioned above. We arrived at reina sofia on the date mentioned aboce. A good bit earlier too the due time of the flight. The gate number was shown on the screen at 9:18am. Me and my partner went to wait at the screen displayed. We were supposed to board the flight 9.40. Instead we were left standing there for around one hour and thirty minutes. We then got let through to go and que up outside ready to board the plane. Again we spend another 1 hour queing outside ready to board the plane. I noticed that the pilot of the plane had got off and walk in a total different direction to what the plane was in. When we were actually allowed on the flight was when the pilot returnrd from buying his duty free. I find this totally unacceptable.

When we finally boarded the plane we were all left sditting around wondering why we had not moved and nothing had been explained for the reason why we were delayed. It took one of the pasengers to ask why are we delayed. We were then told there was a problem in france and we were awaiting a slot to take off. We were left sitting on the plane for just under 3 hours. Totally unacceptable. We were not offered a apology or even so much as a bottle of water for the amount of messing around that had gone on. When it was time to order food i ordered a ham and cheese panini and my partner ordered a m vergatable panini. When eating it i noticed as i got half way through the sandwich it was still completely frozen in the middle. I got the flight attendants attention and explained to him that my panini was still frozen in the middle. He then asked me for the wrapper off the panini and didnt even so much as apologise. He returned to me around 30 minutes later with the same panini i gave him'half eaten and as hard as a house brick heated up. Never so much as apologised or had the decency to replace it. Also my partners panini was still cold in the middle. He threw his away.

I am totally repulsed at the lack of service from the cabin crew and also the lack of communication by ryan air. We were not informed the flight would have been delayed for so long.

I my self am terminally ill with cancer and i suffer with major anxiety. This flight had actually ruined our holiday. It has left me sick.

In my opinion totally unacceptable.
