Dustin sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation that said:
Hello - I am a longtime Toyota customer living in California.
I want to let your offices know that I am very disappointed in your decision not to support Apple CarPlay in your vehicles.
When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, I will only be looking at models that support CarPlay.
I feel that you are putting your company at a competitive disadvantage by not offering this feature as it proves to be very important for younger buyers like myself.
Hopefully you will reconsider your option and offer CarPlay in the near future.
