Mary sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. €“ Email Address that said:

I sent you an e-mail last week regarding adding phone and internet. I wanted prices. I have not as of yet received a response.

I have called 5 different phone number for Charter and have gotten 5 different prices for the exact same order. Also no one can provide the estimate in writing.
This is not the way to do business!

Please find and respond to my earilier e-mail or I will pursue purchasing these services through another company.
