Hello,
I am writing you in an attempt to gain some information on my Ford vehicle order. I placed an order back in November for a 2016 Ford Focus RS with Autonation Ford in North Canton, Ohio. I have contacted both my salesman (who had no information) and the general manager (who did not reply to my message) trying to find out any info on my order. It should be noted that when placing the order I was told that the car was an official allocation, would be built, and was scheduled to arrive sometime in March. With it now being the end of March and no new info on my order I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the whole process. I had someone with access to ETIS look up my order which shows it is still in the unscheduled processing stage, which means it hasnt moved since placing it 4 months ago. What I would like to know is a couple of things-
Was may order indeed an allocated order, or was the dealer incorrect in telling me it was?
If it is actually an allocated car, is there any new info on its status and when it might actually be built?
If I could have these seemingly simple questions finally answered, that would be greatly appreciated. Like I stated previously, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with Fordâs ordering system and the deliberate lack of information on just about every level, but particularly for the consumer. I have ordered new cars before, however this is the first Ford and I am rather disappointed thus far. If it comes to be that my car was not actually an allocated vehicle then I am prepared to cancel it immediately and take my business to a brand that I can trust. If you cannot answer these questions or provide me with any info, then please direct me to the correct person I need to speak with within your company. If these questions simply cannot be answered period, then I will proceed to move onto another vehicle from another company. Thanks for your time and any assistance you may be able to provide me.
