Susan sent a message to Kevin Mansell Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohlâs Corporation Email Address that said:
I would like to inform you that the way you do business with customers is wrong. Let me first start by saying that I had the Kohls account ease quick is 45 a month which I never signed up for. So they did say that they cancelled it and the pay should be 4309.45 which should go back to the customers. However it paid the balance off. Here is my view if there is money that is owed to a customer it should go back to them since they paid the bills and let them choose whether or not to pay off there account. So either I get the full refund or I shall be contacting my lawyer about the whole matter. See I never asked for this to be done money wad being charged I paid the bill month and now your company chooses to do what they want with the customers money. Which i would love for you to call me so we could talk about this matter more.
