I have been trying to make a payment on a past due account. Due to an emergency csection it went past due. Half of this bill is late fees not even for the purchase made. I had to make a bbb complaint due to a rude customer service representative disregarding my request from the continuous emails I was receiving about waiving late fees as a courtesy. It was pulled from collections so I called the number advised by me by your Sr. Correspondence Advisor Jessica Kane. Again I had someone who would not hear me out or about my request. I then called Ms. Jessica Kane and left a voicemail with my email and phone number. I have yet to get a response. I just want to make a payment of the last bill prior to all the late fees which was $159.
