I'm sure this will not be addressed or rectified. After all, I'm just a middle class hard working person who saved for my Vegas trip I stayed @Monte Carlo was EXTREMELY disappointed. .I checked in o4/2016-25. It started in the check in..long wait. .charged me $25/day to be moved from construction zone but my friends got a free upgrade. The resort fee is robbery. .for those of us who don't use the pool fly in so no parking needed..I payed $150 got NOTHING!! The room was a little shabby 35317..certainly not a 4.5 star room..no 24hr room service. .nowhere to have food cocktail after a show..the food court I payed for a 4.5 star vacation but got maybe a 3. Your company has a monopoly on the Strip but if you forget about average people who account for 90% of the guests you will lose us. If would take ALOT to consider staying or recommend your properties I'd rather stay on Freemont where guest service is # 1. I hope you review the resort fee scam...charge those who use it more but why do I have to subsidize it? I realize it's a multimillion revenue but it's unethical should be illegal. I will be contacting the authorities network news..this will be right up Datelines alley. Thank you I'm open to listening second chances.
