Dear Mr. Ghosn,
I purchase a Nissan Versa on February 3, 2016, at Nissan in Merrillville, IN. It has been 7 1/2 wks. now and I still have not received my title. I've called numerous times to be told I will be getting it soon. I was also told last time by Hannah that they sent the wrong title. I do understand people make mistakes, but does it really take this long to get a new title? I lost my title to my old car in a candle fire and applied for a new one and it took four days to receive. My plates to my car were due March 21st. Nissan has guaranteed me they would pay my late fee. I also left a message with Bryan, Manager, with no reply. I then called back and asked for another manager which he didn't reply but had Hannah call me. I consider this poor customer service.
Can you please help me with this?
