I have been working with Citi mortgage for 5 months on a modification, and was told that I was denied this morning. I have called several agencies to assist me with no luck. HARP, HOPE and KYHC. I feel like Citi Mortgage set me up failure. I need to stay in my home. I'm an African American Widowed female who is struggling to keep my home as IO pay my bills. Can you please assist me ASAP before I go into foreclosure ? My attempts to contact Vikram Pandit Michael Corbat have been unsuccessful!
