I must say this was one of the worst car experience I ever had in my life. This dealership is full of crap it will do anything and say anything to get you money and sell your car. I purchase a Mercedes-Benz from this dealership 2015, which they promised that they would repaint the the bumper. Mind you it took them three months to fulfill their promise. They did the most shittiest paint job that you could even imagine the paint was peeling off like paper. You could literally just walk over to the car and grab a piece of paint and it would just break off in your hands. I took the car back to the dealership within one months time and had to fuss and fight with them to repaint the bumper again after showing them how the paint was just just falling off. I am a 31-year-old woman who did not have much knowledge on car but to me it reminded me of Getting your nails done and the person not using primer for the polish adhere to the nail. The general manager make the service manager repair the car after he saw that it was indeed a faulty paint job and his words a questionable paint job. This was the absolute worst experience ever. Today I went to trade in the car and I was told that the car had frame damage. However . when I purchased the car by the sales manager and the sales person that the car did not have any frame damage just one minor accident report. Mind you I called numerous times after I purchased the car both times they service the car in addition to the times they repaint the car. To request the no worry packet that they promised me at the time I purchased vehicle. I never receive the packet or the papers or any information related to the car as promise. So I called today after being told that my car had frame damage and spoke to multiple sales personnel including sales managers and they all told me that AutoNation do not sell frame damage cars. However, AutoNation sold me a frame damage car. I went to two autoNation dealerships and they all told me the same thing. That AutoNation do not sell frame damage cars. I had to reach back out to the General sales manager who advised me the AutoNation definitely sell frame damage cars they just get a second opinion to make sure it's repaired the correct way then they will resell it. I was absolute shock I immediately told him that he need to provide training to his employees so they are aware of the cars they are selling the customers. Because they have sold me a car under false pretense. All employees was under the assumption that they do not sell frame damage cars when indeed I have paperwork in addition to an appraisal showing that my car had frame damage. You would think that a little mom-and-pop dealership would do this to you however it is these big corporations that manipulating the women who are uneducated on vehicles and only relying on the supposedly honest reps and Carfax report. No one never address the issue the General manager just apologize for it and said that it is what it is basically there's nothing he can do about it being that he could do is possibly sell me a new car and rolled the negative equity into the new car. This is was a win-win for them in a lose lose situation for the customer the first loss is the car being sold as a car without frame damage for more that it would have appraise for if the frame damage with a known in addition to now rolling additional money into A new car making the payment extremely high. No one ever address that particular issue no one had any words for it everybody just wanted to sell me a new car. I've been looking all over the Internet trying to find a number to the corporate office because this is absolutely a disgrace on the behalf of AutoNation Chevrolet. Of course I am still stuck in the car that has frame damage nobody would trade the car in it for me because the value is significantly lower than what they thought it could be for due to the frame damage. I will be reporting autoNation to the Better Business Bureau and blogging on every blob possible to get the word out on how they prey on innocent women now leaving me a mother of two with a car that its potentially unsafe for me and my kids shame shame shame on AutoNation.
