I do several thousand dollars a year with HOMEDEPOT and personally know EVERY member of the store I do most business with.... The more I think about how I was treated the more I stay away from you.... I reported the incident to the manager, the assistant manager and several employees. I personally have caught thieves and reported them, recovered your merchandise from theft and returned the thief back to the store, your theft prevention team knows me and I help them by being observant on each visit and have caught peoples stealing.... My mom and dad taught me the right from wrong.... YOUR self check out clerk has a screen to look at.... without looking she accused me of theft.... I proved her wrong and she confronted me in anger because she did not do her job.... I reported her and nothing done....I owe you nothing, I was accused of theft over a 5 dollar item, proved your employee wrong.... NO APPOLIGY....I now do things and business elsewhere... I would rather be back with my friends at your store, but, this is all wrong.... I am a 75 year old Viet Nam Veteran, disabled, your business in mind and you snub me.... Your store is 11820 Dickinson Rd. Houston, Texas....77089.... RUBY, JOHNNY, JOHN T>, STEVE, BILL, CAROL, JEFF, RON, LIDDY AND all the rest know my character. If this is not fixed soon, I loose contact with friends and you loose all the way around....
