Hi Mr. Glenn Renwick.
I'm a very disturbed customer.
Your managers are rude and speak to me condescending especially (Kevin ID#6902) He refused to give his last name. He refused to transfer me to a manager above him.
He told me it's not my right to speak to whomever i want even though I'm a paying customer. HE IS VERY RUDE and should not represent your company.
I have my account on automatic renewal (auto payment), I've been with progressive for 12 months. I called progressive for other reasons, only to be advised that my insurance has been cancelled without notice on my part.
i was very shocked,and disturbed that i was driving without insurance.
Initially when a signed up for policy, i was breaking up with Ex wife and didn't have any utility bills in my name, like i explained. They said it was no problem.
I think I've been discriminated against. Thats not fair, and i don't think thats how you want your customers to feel, wether its true or not. Perception is everything.
My beef is they told me not to worry about it initially but 12 months later my insurance is being cancelled pre-maturely for the same reason they told me it was ok.
