HELLO MR GLENN M. RENWICK THIS IS SHERMAN A CUSTOMER OF YOURS.
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A POLICY WITH PROGRESSIVE TO BE MORE EXACT I BOUGHT THIS MARCH 3, 2016 AND THEN I HAD AN EMAIL SAYING TO CONTACT THE UNDERWRITER, WHICH I DID AND THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 25MIN, THIS WAS MARCH 10TH. AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO THE UNDERWRITER THAT PERSON SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND MY POLICY WAS PERFECT, I DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING OR HAD TO DO ANYTHING. SO TODAY I HAD AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY NEXT PAYMENT WILL BE 409 THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT APRIL 4TH. JUST LIKE THAT, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME WHATS GOING ON OR WHATS HAPPENING....JUST LIKE THAT. "YOUR NEXT PAYMENT IS SCHEDULED".
SO I CALLED TODAY TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON AND AGAIN ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 35MIN WHEN THE AUTOMATIC MACHINE SAID 6MIN. SO WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO TALK TO A REP, THAT PERSON SAID THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY I RECEIVED THAT EMAIL, SO HE PUTS ME ON HOLD TO GET A SUPERVISOR AND THAT'S WHEN THE LINE DROPS. SO I HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN AND HOLD FOR ANOTHER 25MIN TO CONFIRMED THAT MY POLICY WAS OK EVEN THOU PROGRESSIVE DIDN'T HAVE THE COURTESY OF CALLING ME BACK.
SO I THOUGHT ABOUT GOING ONLINE AND SEE I CAN CHAT WITH A REP WITHOUT WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR MINUTES. AND I ASKED THIS LADY ABOUT MY POLICY AND WHY THE POLICY INCREASED ABOUT 50% AND SHE SAID WAS THAT SHE CAN MOVE THE DUE DATE UP TO 10 DAYS.
SO SHE DEFINITELY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT EVEN THOU I CLEARLY EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH. ANYWAYS PLEASE DON'T INCREASE A CUSTOMERS POLICY WITHOUT NOTIFYING THIS INDIVIDUAL.
