On 2/29/2016 I purchased merchandise from your online store. About 2-3 weeks later we received an email saying sorry cancelled items not available will send gift card with refund in 15-20 days. The items were in stocked when I paid for them. I called the 1-800 # you have on your website and sat on hold for hours just to have a women that couldn't speak English hang up on me. I also emailed GameStop as well. I have been treated very disrespectful and I was ignored and shuffled around. They have avoided my emails and questions. Due to this treatment I plan on filing a comaint with the better business bureau. The gift card with my refund on it will serve me no.purpose. I will never shop here again which is very disheartening for me because the couple stores I do go in the employees are phenomenal. Especially at Christmas time i don't except any kind of response but it's sad that in your stores the employees are outstanding but with the online store very rude and disrespectful.
