Good Afternoon,
I am emailing you about my experience with one of your stores today. I placed a small order today from my job. It took over an hour and a half for us to receive our food. I had to place 3 phone calls to the store to get an update on the status of our food. Each time I called, the employee told me the driver was in route and would arrive any minute. I was also told that the driver would call and they never did. We are located a couple of blocks from the store. Needless to say, the driver did not arrive. Upon the 3rd phone call, I requested to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that she was new to the store and that she would give me a $20 credit. I do not have a login with Pizza Hut so this "credit" does absolutely no good. In addition, I have a pregnant employee who needed to eat before a meeting. I also have the President of our organization needing to eat before her meeting. She was not able to do so, because the food did not arrive on time. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. We, as the customer, deserve better than this. We are given choices every single day on where and what we eat. Today we chose Pizza Hut and it was a mistake. If we are going to spend our hard earned money, it is better spent elsewhere.
