Paul sent a message to Richard Fairbank Chairman and CEO, Capital One Email Address that said:
4/1:
Dear Mr. Fairbank,
I am frustrated by Capital One's employees and protocols.
I have been told by my branch manager** and an account supervisor (at 1-888-755-2172) that no one will hear my appeal.
Capital One has no appeals process, I am told.
If I am not afforded the courtesy of someone with authority to review my case, I will discontinue my business account with Capital One.
I opened a line of credit with a Capital One Assistant Vice President**** and requested that he discontinue the LOC on 11/23/15, with follow up emails on 1/9/16, 2/23/16, and 3/30/16.
Recently I learned that this AVP had left Capital One but had not informed me and my emails to him did not indicate that he had left.
My request to have my $150 fee refunded for the LOC has been denied.
I ask you to reconsider my request.
Sincerely,
Paul
