Hello Mr. Nordstrom,
Please help me to understand something...as much as I order via online Nordstrom, why did I get charged a shipping fee if the box is over 5lbs. When did they become policy? How come shipping fees are not waived for customer such as myself that has a debit Nordstrom card, yet alternations are ,which is more?!? Why can't I choose the reward? Perhaps that can be added as a benefit. If you look at my account you would see I shop online and at the store weekly if not several times and to be charged a shipping fee because the box is 1 lb over is not good business practice to a loyal customer.
