Hello Mr Mc Ewan,
My name is Timothy, currently a customer of THINK BANKING.
I appreciate how busy you must be, and I know your time is precious and expensive. As such, I don't take this step easily.
Think Banking is related to you in one way or another. Whatever the relationship is, they are treating their customers absolutely appallingly. Many many genuine reviews detailing poor and appalling service exist. The problem is, you can live with poor service. Complaints must be getting to you and if they are not, please look into it, all is not well at Think Money.
With Think Banking, it at times moves from poor service to worrying dimensions and this is not uncommon. Customers money seems to be held for days on end with no explanation, no recourse, no genuine reason at all. When you call to ask, all you are given is the Standard, we will get back to you whenever it is resolved. No one says when this will be, No one calls you back.
I have been without my money for 5 days now. No access to my money, no card, no explanation at all and no end in sight either.
Could you kindly please assist me with this problem ?
