Mr. Folliard, I have diligently been looking to buy a car for my daughter. I received less than professional responses from Carmax Torrance, both on the phone, in person and via email. I had a specific car held and transferred to my local requested location that I was very interested in. Shockingly, I received an email from the sales rep that simply stated it was sold. Nothing else, expect I could look at another car that did not meet my criteria. Please explain why the policy of Carmax was not followed and my car was sold from under me? Thank you, Lori
