Valerie sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
Dear Mr O'Leary
My husband and myself booked flight reservation GKDGGP 8th May from Newcastle to Alicante. My daughter Stephanie Patterson and partner later decided to join us on this flight at a total cost of £317. Unfortunately she recently had what was to be a simple heart biopsy which tragically went wrong as they had pierced her heart and she had to have major heart surgery to stop the bleed. As she was told she couldn't travel on that date she has since tried to re-book to Lanzarote for 2017 to meet us there but was told it would cost her £190 each to cancel the booking when she paid £158,50 per person to make the booking. This seems so cruel after all her suffering.
What would you think if it was your daughter being treated this way? Please be kind enough to let me know.
